Salad Ingredients:
1 pack of NuPasta Fettuccine
2 cups fresh Baby Spinach leaves
1 cup Strawberries, sliced
1/4 cup Dried Cranberries
1/2 cup Salted Cashews
Poppy Seed Dressing:
½ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
⅓ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
¼ cup Plain Greek Yogurt
1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
3 Tbsp Honey
2 tsp Poppy Seeds
1. Drain and rinse 1 pack of NuPasta Fettuccine. Set aside.
2. Combine all dressing ingredients in a jar, cover, and shake well.
3. Combine all ingredients and dressing in a bowl and mix well.
