Salmon Alfredo NuPasta

Ingredients

NuPasta– 2 packs 50 calories
Smoked Salmon – 1/2 cup 200 calories
Alfredo Sauce – 1 cup 240 calories
Salt and Pepper – to taste
Calories per dish: 245 calories

Instructions

  1. Drain and rinse 2 packs of NuPasta. Set aside.
  2. Cut smoke salmon into small strips.
  3. Mix NuPasta, smoked salmon, Alfredo sauce all in skillet. Heat until hot and serve.

(For a vegetarian option, simply replace salmon with ½ cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese)
