However, many pasta alternatives are still lacking in terms of consistency as they are easily overcooked.

Furthermore, many gluten free foods are made with rice, corn, or other starchy ingredients and these are high in carbs and calories.

NuPasta is precooked, so the consistency and texture are the same every time. As NuPasta is fibre based, it is not easily overcooked even if kept in heat for long durations!

Being fibre based, there is no starch, and therefore NuPasta has a much lower calorie count.

For those affected by celiac disease, wheat allergy, or non-celiac gluten sensitivity, even a small trace of gluten may cause symptoms.

At NuPasta, we take every precaution to ensure the product is free from contamination. While the legal limit of gluten free claim is 20 ppm, NuPasta routinely tests for less than 5 ppm of gluten!
