For Broth (3 servings):

8 cups Beef Stock

2 slices of Ginger

2 Star Anise

1 Cinnamon Stick

1 tbsp Sugar

3 tbsp Fish Sauce

1 Onion

3 cloves Garlic

For toppings (3 servings):

1 Pack NuPasta Fettuccine

3 tbsp Green Onions, chopped

2 cup Bean Sprouts

2 Jalapeno slices

10 sprigs of Thai Lemon Basil

1 Lime

1 cup Flank Beef, thinly sliced


  • Drain and rinse 1 pack of NuPasta Fettuccine for 30 seconds. Set aside.
  • Combine all broth ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil. Once boiling, bring heat to medium-low to simmer for 30 minutes.
  • Place NuPasta in a bowl and top with beef, green onions and bean sprouts
  • Strain ingredients from broth and ladle the broth overtop toppings.
  • Garnish with jalapeno, lime and basil
