Ingredients
4 Pack NuPasta Fettuccine
3lb Beef Short Ribs, sliced
4 can Diced Tomatoes
4 Onion, diced
15 Garlic Cloves, chopped
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Parsley, to garnish
Directions
- Drain, rinse and pan fry 4 packs of NuPasta Fettuccine for 2-3 minutes. Set aside.
- In a pressure cooker, fry onions, garlic, and Beef Short Ribs until browned
- Add tomatoes and seasoning, mix and cover
- Let cook for 1 hour and 30 minutes
- Using 2 forks, shred meat and remove bones
- Add to NuPasta, garnish with parsley, and serve!
