Ingredients
1 Pack NuPasta Spaghetti
1 tbsp Butter
1 ½ cups Your Favourite Tomato Sauce
½ cup Ground Beef
1 Medium Carrot, diced
1 Bell Pepper, diced
¼ Medium onion, finely chopped
1 tsp Basil, dried
2 tsp Parmesan Cheese
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Fresh Parsley, to garnish
Directions
- Drain, rinse and pan fry 1 pack of NuPasta Spaghetti for 2-3 minutes. Set aside.
- In a medium-hot pan, add butter and sauté onions, carrots, and bell peppers.
- Add ground beef and brown on medium-high heat, until cooked.
- Add tomato sauce, basil, salt and pepper. Heat for 2 minutes.
- Toss in NuPasta and heat for an additional 1 minute.
- Plate and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and parsley.
