Spaghetti & Meatballs

Ingredients
2 Packs NuPasta Spaghetti
½ cup Ham, diced
2 cups Your Favourite Tomato Sauce (or use ours)
For the meatballs:
1/2 pound Ground Beef
1/8 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
1 Onion, finely chopped
1 Garlic Clove, finely chopped
1 tbsp Parsley, chopped
1 Egg
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Drain, rinse and pan fry 2 packs of NuPasta Spaghetti for 2-3 minutes. Set aside.
- In a small pot, fry ham until starts browning
- Add tomato sauce, mix well and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine the ingredients for the meatballs and mix well
- Form into golf-sized balls and saute in a pan in olive oil until it is evenly browned
- Add meatballs to the tomato sauce, mix and let cook on low for 10 minutes
- Scoop mixture on to a bed of NuPasta Spaghetti and garnish with parsley
