Squash & Bacon Carbonara

1 Pack NuPasta Spaghetti

½ Acorn Squash, cubed

3-4 Bacon Strips, chopped

2 tbsp freshly Ground Pepper

2 tbsp your favourite Alfredo Sauce

Red Chilli Flakes (optional)


  • Drain, rinse and pan fry 1 pack of NuPasta Spaghetti for 2-3 minutes. Set aside.
  • Pan fry bacon until fat starts dissolving (1-2 minutes), add squash and pepper and saute for 4-5 minutes until bacon is crispy
  • Add Alfredo Sauce and NuPasta Spaghetti, mix well
  • Plate and garnish with more pepper and red chilli flakes!
