Veggie Pasta Salad

1 Pack NuPasta Fettuccine

½ cup Black Olives, pitted and sliced

½ cup Cucumber, chopped

¾ cup Cherry Tomatoes

½ cup Bell Pepper, chopped

4-5 tbsp Olive Oil

1 tbsp Dried Oregano

Salt and pepper, to taste


  • Drain, rinse and pan fry 1 pack of NuPasta Spaghetti for 2-3 minutes. Set aside.
  • Once NuPasta has cooled, combine ingredients in bowl and mix well
