So I’m on a cut. I’m trying to lose about 15 pounds of fat and gain muscle in the span of 6 months. I spend on average 2 hours at the gym, 5 to 6 times a week. Despite the time I spend drenched in sweat, I know that my time in the gym alone is not enough. A good part of the fight is in the kitchen.
When it comes to taking away fat and losing weight, the rule of thumb is to burn more calories than you consume. While exercising obviously contributes, eating less calories is the real money maker… or body builder. Although this process is necessary for a cut, it sometimes feels like I’m starving myself and the cravings are very hard to get used to.
Finding foods suitable for my diet while cutting is not easy. And thus I started my impossible journey to find something to satisfy my hunger without going over my calorie intake… “Wait what? What’s NuPasta? You mean it’s a full serving of pasta, but it only has 25 calories!? I’m not even going to ask how, just feed it to me! (In case you want to know however, you can find out here).”
Tired of replacing your meal with just a shake or banana after a gym session? No more of that my friends. Just stuff yourself with NuPasta. It is fibre rich so it keeps you full with only 25 calories.
I’m still cutting now and this is too easy. I’m getting full and keeping my abs. How’s that for a satisfied stomach?
