Salmon Alfredo NuPasta

Ingredients

NuPasta– 2 packs: 50 calories

Smoked Salmon – 1/2 cup: 200 calories

Alfredo Sauce – 1 cup: 240 calories

Salt and Pepper –: to taste

Calories per dish: 245 calories

Instructions

  • Drain and rinse 2 packs of NuPasta. Set aside.
  • Cut smoke salmon into small strips.
  • Mix NuPasta, smoked salmon, Alfredo sauce all in skillet. Heat until hot and serve.

(For a vegetarian option, simply replace salmon with ½ cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese)

NuPasta Spaghetti Bolognese

Prep time: 4 minutes

Cook time: 10 minutes

Serves: 2

Ingredients

NuPasta Spaghetti – 2 packs: 50 calories

Tomato Sauce – 3 cups: 90 calories

Onion, finely chopped – 1/2 medium: 20 calories

Lean Ground Beef – 1 cup: 300 calories

Basil, dried – 1 tsp: 2 calorie

Olive Oil – 1 tsp: 40 calories

Parmesan Cheese – 2 tsp: 20 calories

Salt and Pepper –: to taste

Calories per dish: 261 calories

Instructions

  • Drain and rinse 2 packs of NuPasta Fettucine. Set aside.
  • On a hot pan, add olive oil and sauté onions.
  • Add ground beef and brown on medium-high heat, until cooked (71°C).
  • Add tomato sauce, basil, salt and pepper. Heat for 2 minutes.
  • Toss in NuPasta and heat for an additional 1 minute.
  • Plate and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Chicken Noodle Soup

Prep time: 8 minutes

Cook time: 12 minutes

Serves: 4

Ingredients

NuPasta Angel Hair – 2 packs: 50 calories

Chicken Stock – 6 cups: 90 calories

Carrot, diced – 1 medium: 20 calories

Onion, diced – 1 medium: 40 calories

Celery, sliced – 2 stalks: 10 calorie

Cooked Chicken Breasts, diced – 1 cup: 220 calories

Olive Oil – 1 tsp: 40 calories

Basil, dried – ½ tsp: 1 calorie

Oregano, dried – ½ tsp: 1 calorie

Salt and pepper: to taste

Calories per dish: 120 calories

Instructions

  • Drain and rinse 2 packs of NuPasta Angel Hair. Set aside.
  • In a pot, add olive oil and cook onion, celery and carrot until tender.
  • Add chicken stock and bring it to a boil.
  • Add cooked chicken breast, basil and oregano. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add NuPasta Angel Hair and serve in a bowl.

(For a vegetarian option, replace chicken stock with vegetable stock, and chicken for tofu)
